Love the boat though". I played with the jackplate all the way down and all the way up and with the setup I have I cannot pass 65 mph. Can drive it at 73 gps wot with tourney load pretty easily but when I hit the jackplate up a little more you have to start working Central Bass V2 Boat Champion Bass Boat Central Champion V2 to keep it under control.

South Texas has some of the roughest water in the country and Champion is the only boat that can V2 Boat Central Champion Bass handle it day in and day out. Still trying to get greak-in done. It handles great for 18' Boat. It's not the fastest boat I've ever owned, but it rides better than any 18' boat I've ridden in. I am very happy with this boat and don't think that I could have made a better choice. I previously owned a Triton and I loved that boat but this is a true performer and I took the challenge and the Champ came out on top.
